Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom-sized orders may require an additional 2-3 business days for crafting.

Returns

Return Policy

We want you to love your DevDeva piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Certificate must be included
• Custom-sized pieces are final sale (unless defective)
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility

How to Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions and address
4. Ship item(s) with tracking
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
